Toyota Motor Corp. is about to introduce a new MPV tailored for the Asean markets. Previewed at the Tokyo Motor Show in October, 2002 the new Wish is intended to be a rival for the Honda Stream. — Tokyo Motor Show.
The car is now being advertised on the Japanese home page of Toyota. It will be powered by either a 1.8 or a 2.0-liter engine. It is a six-seater with 3-rows of seat. Overall length is 4550 mm with a wheelbase of 2750 mm. — Toyota Sienta.
Production will commence in Thailand later this year.
