Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Co. Ltd, one of the biggest commercial vehicle producers in China and one-time partner of Hyundai unveiled its first passenger car at Auto Shanghai 2007.
The car was developed under the code name C926, as the decision on the project was taken on 26 September, 2006. — Honda's new auto plant groundbreaking in China.
Main dimensions are: 4830x1820x1424 mm. Powertrain options will include a 2.0-liter Mitsubishi-sourced engine, and two other engines with Hyundai technology: a 2.0- and a 2.4-liter unit. — Hyundai's Tucson SUV naming.
The new model will go on sale in July and the company will decide its name by then. — Citroën's C-Triomphe world debut in China.
