Jinbei Automotive, a subsidiary of China Brilliance launched the new ZhongHua Zunchi in China yesterday. — Zhonghua M3.
Zunchi which roughly translates to Honoured Gallop is an update of the current ZhongHua- series. The ZhongHua which was introduced in 2001 is a home-grown luxury car, designed by ItalDesign and it is powered by 2.0 and 2.4 liter locally-made Mitsubishi engines. — Mitsubishi's automotive production in China.
Zunchi’s styling was honed at ItalDesign’s rival, Pininfarina. Engine line-up remained the same coupled to either manual or 4-speed automatic gearboxes. Equipment includes automatic air conditioning, ABS, electronic brake force distribution, electronic differential lock, heated seats and a unique 10-year or 200,000 km warranty. — SAIC's new Roewe brand launch.
