Intro: Veritas is a legendary name in Germany. Although it had a short carreer it was one of the most succesful among the post 2nd World War German sportscars.
Michael Loof, an ex-BMW engineer built numerous variations on the BMW 328 based theme, some of them racers, some of them sportscars.
So it came as a nice surprise when in December, 2000 a new Veritas appeared at the Essen Motorshow.
The aluminium bodied two-seater roadster became an instant hit but so far only the prototype exists and plans to establish a workshop close to the N’rburgring and assemble the car there. |
