Intro: Dilip Chhabria had learnt automotive design in the United States and was employed by GM before he returned to his homeland.
With the help of a few friends he established DC Design in 1993 at Mumbai for the purpose of providing design related services to the Automotive Industry.
Since then dozens of prototypes and customized one-off models have been created for Indian carmakers and rich individuals. Besides DC is active in building motorhomes which provides the necessary funds for automotive prototype working.
Recently the company exhibited at the Geneva Autoshow with the goal to establish a foothold in Europe. |
