Intro: In continuous production since 1985, Pilgrim Cars is one of the UK's older and most successful kit car manufacturers. Over 3000 of the company's Sumo Cobra replicas have been sold to date, the car's economy build (initially using Ford Cortina components) winning support from those unable to afford more expensive replicas. Today Pilgrim employs eight staff members and produced 120 cars in 2001. The Sumo remains the company's best seller, although several other models remain available. |
