Intro: Bugatti was resurrected in the late 1980s by Romano Artioli. The EB110 and EB110 SuperSport versions looked the part but the economical trends were agains the company which folded in the mid-1990s. After various attempts Volkswagen bought the right to the famous brand and exhibited a series of prototypes. Finally the EB16/4 Veyron was chosen as the way to go and in June, 2003 the series-produced version was introduced in Monaco. |
