Intro: Ukranian VAZ assembler which was launched in 2001. Planned capacity is 25000 units assembled on a CKD-basis.
Between 2001-2005 thousands of Lada cars were completed, but AntoRus remained something of an underdog. In 2004 a new line of medium-sized buses were introduced and by 2005 the company decided to focus their energies on these vehicles.
So by May, 2005 assembly of VAZ cars stopped. |
