Intro: Established in 1995, Isuzu Vietnam Co., Ltd is a joint venture between two Vietnamese companies: Saigon Automobile Mechanical Corporation (20 per cent), Govap Import-Export Company (10 per cent) and two Japanese companies: Isuzu Motors Ltd and Itochu Corporation (35-35 per cent).
