Intro: Established in 1967, Thai Rung today is a recognized assembly company, engaging itself in Isuzu and Nissan commercial vehicles. In addition to this activity the company has created people carrier vehicles based on Isuzu and Nissan vehicles.
In the 3rd quarter of 2003 sales of the long awaited Adventure Master, based on the Isuzu D-Max pick-up finally got under way. There are about 300 units sold/month, to be increased to 500 units. In the meantime the Xciter sales were around 100 units/month.
SKD kits of are currently being exported to China and Iran. Thai Rung plans to follow Isuzu on supplying Adventure Master kits to other countries, like Egypt, Kenya, Philippines.
