Intro: Microcar is a division of the Benetau the largest luxury sail boat manufacture in Europe.
The Microcar brand was created in 1984. A year later the they presented the first microcar with safety belts.
In 1992 the first electric version was presented.
The popularity of the Microcar (it is being exported to countries as far as New Caledonia) resulted in the opening of
a new production facility in Bouff’r’, 30 minutes from Nantes in 2000. |
