Intro: The car was created during the late 1970s in the US and was sold as the "Hathaway Hunter" by Chuck Hunter in the early 1980s. The than dissapeared with the dead of Chuck and the radical increase of the Triumph prices with the beginning of the classic car movement in the late 1980s.
Thomas Wiegand has bought the "company", that has been on a long Odyssee through the world, in 1996 and than stored it away for a few years. In the moment, together with a friend they developing a "painless kit, to allow every reasonably skilled person, to build his own dream roadster"! The kit can be built on any Triumph TR 4-6 which are available easily and cheap througout the world novadays. Same is with the parts and tuning: all easily available. The headlights are from a VW Beetle and the hinges of the hood are from a Morgan. The windshield including stanichons fits from an early Austin Healy Sprite etc.
The aim is to have the "New" prototype ready by the end of the year, and be able to sell complete kits by 2003.
