Intro: Eberhard Schulz, a former Porsche designer set up ISDERA (Ingenieurgesellschaft f’r Styling, DEsign und RAcing aka Styling, Design and Racing Engineering Co) in 1983
He has been making exclusive sportscars for the last two years and although his creations are on a par with the best offerings from Porsche, Ferrari or even the McLaren F1 he's keeping a low profile.
Only about 100 cars were built during this period, all of them based around Mercedes components. So far his most outrageous creation is the Commendatore which was once available with a ferociuous V12 Mercedes engine tuned to 7.4-liter and 710 bhp. It was claimed that it can outrun a McLaren F1.
