Intro: Formed in 1999, Stuart Taylor Motorsport initially marketed a highly convincing replica of the Austin Healey Sprite which has only recently been sold on to new owners. However, it has been the development of chassis and suspension components to support builders of book-derived Locost kit car that really put the company on the map. Since then the company has gone from strength to strength, eventually developing its own range of Lotus Seven inspired replicas which have proved extremely popular. The company operates from a compact 2000sq/ft workshop producing around 80 kits every year plus an additional 20 fully built examples for export as well as the home market. |
