Intro: Darrian lineage dates back to 1967 when the original Davrian was produced. Tim Duffee is the man behind the current operation and after Davrian got into difficulties in the mid Eighties the project was eventually purchased by Tim who formed Team Duffee Engineering and tweaked the name to Darrian. Up to that point some 400 Davrians had been produced and, to date, Darrian has delivered a further 79 cars. Most are supplied in semi-complete form or as turnkey examples, and while many of these are specifically designed for track use a number have been registered for the road. The company operates from rural workshops with a staff of five. |
