Intro: Although MMC Automotriz was established in 1969 but it was only in August, 1990 that the first assembled vehicle, a Mitsubishi L300 bus rolled off the assembly line.
After various Mitsubishi commercial vehicles MMC made a deal with the Korean Hyundai company to manufacture and distribute various cars locally. First the Excel then its successor, the Accent are built locally other cars are imported.
Mitsubishi Canter chassises are also being made at the 126813 sqm plant. |
