Intro: Guy Ligier, one time Formula 1 racer set up Automobiles Ligier in 1971. In addition to running the Ligier team he also produced a short-living sportscar.
The first Ligier microcar appeared in 1980. When the European market was opened in 1996 Ligier teamed up with Piaggio to produce more "quadicycles".
At the 2004 Paris Motor Show the company introduced its new Due and X-Too microcars and a pick-up, called the X-Pro. |
