Intro: Nordex has been assembling various passenger cars since 1962. A cooperation with Renault was set up in 1972 and the last passenger car, the Twingo rolled off the local assembly line in December, 2001. Production of Renault heavy-duty vehicles was started in 1998 but it was also halted between 2002-2003.
In 2004 Renault Midlum trucks, Chinese Dong Feng Aeolus lorries and from June Indian Mahindra utility vehicles are being assembled. |
