There were some news about BMW products at the forthcoming Frankfurt Motor Show. Here are further details about new engines available in the Z4 and the 3-series. — BMW 330i performance package.
The Z4 2.2i
The new entry-level model of the BMWS Z4 series will be introduced in Frankfurt. It is powered by a 6-cylinder engine with a capacity of 2,2 liter and has an output of 125 kW (170 bhp). The sports car accelerates in only 7.7 seconds from the conditions on 100 km/h, its maximum speed amounts to 225 km/h. — new BMW X5.
The 320Cd
Dynamic elegance on the road, feeling at ease at the gas station – which seems incompatible, becomes a possibility with the 3-Series Coup’ 320Cd: Its 2.0 litre four-cylinder engine is capable of 110 kW/150 HP for a thoroughly dynamic driving pleasure and is content at the same time with extremely modest 5.7 litres diesel fuel on 100 kilometers. Owing to the sportily co-ordinated chassis, the weight distribution of 50:50 which is ideal for the rear-wheel drive configuration the 320Cd is optimally prepared for twisted roads. — BMW Concept CS.
