Intro: B Engineering bought all the ex-Bugatti, Aerospatiale-built carbonfibe tubs set up a workshop near the still deserted Bugatti plant and completed the first running prototype in early 2001.
The Edonis project is headed by ex-Ferrari engineer Nicola Materazzi, the agressive shape was penned by Frenchman Marc de Champs.
First deliveries were scheduled to took place in the summer of 2003. However the price of one million euros and so-so styling resulted in a delay. By 2006 the price has been halved, styling upgraded. Altogether 21 cars are planned to be built. |
